Fonts for Literature and Emails

Empowered Systems allows for the use of several typefaces for literature.

What is considered literature?

We define literature as any and all presentations, regardless of their nature, datasheets, sales materials, product information guides, Microsoft Word documents (.docx), letterhead, Microsoft PowerPoint templates (.pptx), Adobe Acrobat Files (.pdf), emails, emailed literature or presentations, any and all work product on a Word document or printed materials that could be defined as literature coming from or disseminating from Empowered Systems.

The primary font authorized for use for marketing and sales material is Red Hat Text. See this typeface below:

Our literature fonts are only permitted to be used in the following manner:

  • Datasheets
  • Sales materials
  • Product information guides
  • Microsoft Word documents (.docx)
  • Microsoft PowerPoint documents and templates (.pptx)
  • Adobe Acrobat files (.pdf)
  • Emails, emailed literature or presentations
  • Any all work product on a Word document or printed materials that could be defined as literature coming from or disseminating from Empowered Systems

Permissible Fonts for Emails

Emails can’t always render the proper brand fonts. As such, emails are required to use one of the two typefaces below:

* Lato may only be used to send emails through Hubspot.
