Description

We're looking for a highly motivated, performance-driven Empowered Systems Sales Executive to join our rapidly growing sales team. The ideal candidate will have a hunter mindset, actively seeking new opportunities and continuously developing their sales pipeline. You will play a critical role in driving the growth of our business, leveraging your skills to attract and acquire new clients, and expand our market presence.

Responsibilities
  1. Proactively identify, pursue, and maintain a constant pipeline of potential customers through various methods including market research, networking, and cold calling.
  2. Understand the specific needs of potential clients, offering tailored software solutions that meet their business objectives.
  3. Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of our GRC and ESG software to potential clients, both in-person and virtually.
  4. Negotiate contracts and sales agreements, ensuring a beneficial relationship for both the client and our company.
  5. Develop and maintain knowledge of our software solutions, along with awareness of industry trends and competitive offerings.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to enhance client experience and product development.
  7. Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management, using CRM tools to track client engagement and sales activities.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field recommended but not required.
  2. Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the B2B SaaS industry, with a track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  3. Experience with Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) Software, 3rd Pary Risk Software, and/or Environmental Social Governance (ESG) software preferred.
  4. Exceptional ability to discover and pursue new sales prospects.
  5. Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office applications.
  6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  7. Strong understanding of the sales process, with a consultative approach to sales.
  8. Ability to travel as needed for client meetings or industry events.
