We're looking for a highly motivated, performance-driven Empowered Systems Sales Executive to join our rapidly growing sales team. The ideal candidate will have a hunter mindset, actively seeking new opportunities and continuously developing their sales pipeline. You will play a critical role in driving the growth of our business, leveraging your skills to attract and acquire new clients, and expand our market presence.
- Proactively identify, pursue, and maintain a constant pipeline of potential customers through various methods including market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Understand the specific needs of potential clients, offering tailored software solutions that meet their business objectives.
- Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of our GRC and ESG software to potential clients, both in-person and virtually.
- Negotiate contracts and sales agreements, ensuring a beneficial relationship for both the client and our company.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of our software solutions, along with awareness of industry trends and competitive offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to enhance client experience and product development.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management, using CRM tools to track client engagement and sales activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field recommended but not required.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the B2B SaaS industry, with a track record of exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience with Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) Software, 3rd Pary Risk Software, and/or Environmental Social Governance (ESG) software preferred.
- Exceptional ability to discover and pursue new sales prospects.
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of the sales process, with a consultative approach to sales.
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings or industry events.
